I snore. I do not have sleep apnea. Too much partying in the 80’s left me with nasal issues that now cause me to snore. I have tried everything, and these work 99% of the time. You have to find your “sweet spot” and always press for 30 seconds straight, 1 finger on each nostril. Sometimes I miss my “sweet spot” or don’t press long enough and I still “slightly” snore, which is 1% of the time so far. I feel better in the morning now, and don’t need a nap anymore mid day. I also have very sensitive skin and had no problems with the adhesive. Just get it wet in the morning and they slide off! Great product!

I’m a real person, this is not a fake review. These really are better than breathe right. More adhesion yet easier to remove. Butterfly design seems to create better lift and air passage. Ive made the switch, this is my brand now.

I can finally breathe through my nose and not have to mouth breathe all night! The adhesive is actually pretty strong which is perfect for oily skin. Just a quick wipe on your nose area before applying the strip if you’re extra oily and it’ll stay all night long.
