Purchased this for my 2 year old granddaughter who LOVES kitties! She loves them – can tote them around (small, good for going to restaurants). The kittens “meow” – not annoying, more lifelike than most. The little kitties are not terribly soft, but she can carry all 4 around in her arms and she loves them. A great gift.

So this is kind of a cute product if you want to see if a kiddo likes pretend animal play. But it’s much more like novelty quality vs. a high quality gift. Every cat meows but the meows all sound exactly the same. The squeeze action to elicit the squeeze is tough for my 2 year old as it’s very specific about where to squeeze. The meow sound is kind of just annoying, vs cute. I wouldn’t buy it again.
